7th International Congress on Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery has been held from 12 to 14,2007 in Suzhou successfully. It is an International Congress on minimally invasive neurosurgery, and is sponsored by Axel Perneczky, an outstanding expert in neurosurgery from Germany. The MIN congress has been held six times in Europe and America, and this is the first time which be held in China. Speakers invited from United States, Germany, Japan, Korea, India, Australia, South America and China will give the distinguished lectures on clinically relevant topics. About 500 delegates attended this congress.

iMedcare also convened a Sophysa CSF management Satellite Meeting at 8 pm,13rd November, in the main assembly room. Polaris®, as the only MRI compatible adjustable valve in the world, has been 1st time introduced to Chinese neurosurgeons in this meeting. Firstly Managing Director of Sophysa Mr. P.NEGRE from France made an introduction of “the 1st manufacture of the adjustable valve in the world”. Then Professor Jiang jiyao, Professor Zhao yuanli and Professor Wang renzhi from various famous neurosurgery departments in China gave the lecture on Importance of ICP Monitoring, Hydrocephlas Treatment and Shunt Complication respectively. Finally iMedcare’s product manager Mr. Allen Ding introduced the effects of environmental magnetic field on adjustable valve safety. More than 200 delegates attended the meeting. This satellite meeting has been presided by Professor Lan qing and Professor Zhao jizong together, which has obtained excellent impact.
