From 6th to 9th Jan. 2008, iMedcare Annual Meeting was held successfully in Beijing Office, the headquarters of company.
On Jan. 6th Mrs Sun, professional trainer gave a lecture focusing on professional sales skill. The main content included the three driving principal and purchase process, five sales skill and dissidence handling, sales visiting and individuality analysis, which was very attractive and everyone participated in discussion actively.
During this session principals from different department summarized works and activity in 2007 and also made presentation on 2008 plan. 2008 company desired goal and market strategy were established. Then Product Manager trained all staff about the key products of iMedare. Senior Sales Manager shared his experience about distributor selection and sales skill with others.
The Annual Meeting was very successful, which give a good outset for iMedcare development in 2008. Team building activity was organized. Staff from different department cooperated with each other well and good team cooperating relationship was built.
