March 29-31, 2017, pro med instruments (referred to as PMI) company successfully held a global distributors meeting on DORO^® Cranial Stabilization & Retractor System in Titisee, Germany. More than 20 countries and regions from around the world dealers attended the meeting. Mr. Jiang Wei, General Manager of Innovative Medcare Technology, Ltd. led the product manager and district sales manager to attend the meeting and won the “Top-DORO^® Distributor 2017” award.

 On the morning of March 30th, the meeting was officially started. First of all, Mrs. Irina Bauer, Head of Sales of PMI, made a welcome speech. Subsequently, Mr. Matthias Schüle, General Manager, introduced the development course and related key products of PMI. This product presentation focused on the DORO LUCENT^® Headrest System, DORO LUCENT^® iMRI Headrest System and DORO LUNA^® Retractor System. The DORO LUCENT^® Headrest System is the cranial stabilization system of choice for all procedures applying X-Ray, DSA and iCT imaging. The system is highly adaptable to the surgeon’s needs and meets the demands of today’s intraoperative imaging procedures. DORO LUCENT^® iMRI Headrest Systems are used in head and neck surgery when rigid cranial stabilization is desired and when intraoperative Magnetic Resonance Imaging (iMRI) is used. A variant of the proven DORO^® Radiolucent Skull Clamp is mounted to the OR transfer board interface using a special adaptor.These special headrest systems are custom made for selected OR table / MRI Scanner combinations and allow stabilizing the patient’s head in a safe and secure position for surgery including the patient transfer to MR imaging. The DORO LUNA^® Retractor System is our top-of-the-line retractor system used in neurosurgical applications as a brain tissue retractor and hand support. It is set up in the sterile field over sterile drapes and can easily and safely be adjusted for optimum skull access. It is our most flexible and adaptable retractor system in the market.

 In order to let the global distributors to better grasp the series of products, the meeting also grouped the installation of the application demonstration and operational simulation training. DORO LUCENT^® Headrest System and DORO LUCENT^® iMRI Headrest System provide a clinical solution to hybrid operation room, Intra-operative CT and Intra-Operative MRI and will be the future business growth. In the meeting we explore the needs of the client and provide the appropriate clinical solution through role play.

 In addition, in order to celebrate the outstanding performance of the global distributors in 2016, PMI company arranged for the awards dinner.
