On December 3rd, 2022 5th Sophysa ICP Forum combined the First Sophysa Young and Middle-aged Neurosurgeon ICP/ICT Clinical Application Speech Contest Grand Final were successfully held in a live-streaming format with 3 offline venues in Zhengzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
The Summit was chaired by Professor Jiang Jiyao from Shanghai Renji Hospital, and executive chaired by Professor Feng Guang from Henan Provincial People's Hospital. The conference specially invited Prof. Giuseppe Citerio from Milan Bicocca University, Italy and Prof. Nicolas Engrand from Rothschild Foundation Hospital, France, as well as several well-known neurosurgeons in China, such as Prof. Wang Yuhai, Prof. Sun Xiaochuan, Prof. Huang Qibing and Prof. Qiu Binghui, discussed the standardized treatment and intensive care of craniocerebral trauma, hydrocephalus and subarachnoid hemorrhage, and other topical issues, presenting a high-level academic conference.

Afternoon session is the First Sophysa Young and Middle-aged Neurosurgeon ICP/ICT Clinical Application Speech Contest Grand Final was held. The competition lasted for six months, with 11 group matches and four semi-finals, and more than 100 neurosurgeons from across China participated. The 12 finalists competed brilliantly in the final round, with 16 neurosurgery judges reviewing the whole process. The atmosphere was warm and academic, with tens of thousands of online views.
Dr. Hui Jiyuan from Renji Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine won the first prize; Dr. Han Bingsha from Henan Provincial People's Hospital and Dr. Zhang Yuxuan from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University won the second prize; Dr. He Binghuan from Tangdu Hospital, Dr. Wu Pengfei from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and Dr. Cheng Chongjie from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University won the third prize; Dr. Lin Hong, Dr. Dai Feihu, Dr. Wu Chuwei, Dr. Chen Wei, Dr. Guo Hao and Dr. Guo Yuhong were awarded the merit prizes.
