At 8:00 on June 17, the first Women Doctor Academic Conference of Chinese Medical Association Section of Neurosurgery and the eleventh Conference of Neurosurgery of Sichuan Medical Association began at the Xichang Qionghai Hotel International Conference Center. The meeting lasted two days.

 Xichang City Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Deputy Secretary for Health, Chinese Medical Association vice chairwoman of women and other leaders came to the opening ceremony. Chinese Academy of Engineering, Department of Neurosurgery, Huashan Hospital, Fudan University director Zhou Liang Fu, chief of neurosurgery of Beijing 301 Hospital Zhou DingBiao, chief of neurosurgery of West China Hospital of Sichuan University YouChao, and other well-known experts in neurosurgery also came to this opening statement.
