The 1st Primary School was successfully held on May. 19th to 20th in Beijing, in order to enhance new staff’s basic knowledge of industry, diseases, products and sales skills.

 The training was well organized by Marketing, Technical Support and Sales Departments. Training materials had been sent to trainees in advance before the training for their preparation. During the training, trainers introduced the key points in details and operated on site patiently. Final exam comprised of written test, product presentation and help-on-site service. In addition, four sales managers were invited to share their successful experience in promoting different products. Our colleagues were fully engaged in the heated discussion and learned a lot from each other.

 At last, eight new staff passed the final exam and was granted Certificates of the 1st Primary School, which leaded to a successful ending.
