I flew to Dusseldorf to respectively attend Sophysa and PMI distributor Meeting on Nov 12-13, as representative of iMedcare. 

In the meeting of Sophysa on Nov 12, Phillip firstly thanked to every distributor who can understand short supply this year. Currently he had hired more employees in relative department. He believed short supply will be improved in recent months. Secondly, to ensure good products can launch to the market and face to many different registration work, he had not only added manpower in registration department, but also put CE marking as a daily activity. Finally, a new EU policy on Medical Equipment will take into effect by the end of 2020, which will have strict control and monitor on product safety and supply & channel management. It will be related to every distributor. So during nearly 2 years, Sophysa will make good preparation to well implement this policy. In the following welcome dinner, Sophysa awarded “Best Global Distributor for sales” and “Best distributor for Long-term Cooperation”. iMedcare was got the Gold Award as Sophysa Best Global Distributor. Brazil was the silver Award and German was the Bronze Award.

In the training of PMI on Nov 13, PMI launched a global website and give me a detailed instruction. It included every product in details and can flit by different function or your needs. It can help us to introduce products to customer in details. In the following welcome dinner, PMI also awarded “Best Global Distributor for sales” “Best Global Distributor for always above expectation” and “Best Global Distributor for high per capita output”. iMedcare was again got the Gold Award as PMI Best Global Distributor. Roman explained when he came to China this year for hospital visit, neurosurgeons gave high recognition to DORO products and no one mentioned “Mayfield”. He was appreciated that DORO product has expended to low tie cities in short time. It proved that iMedcare’s hard working and capabilities.

Indeed, iMedcare can get “Gold Award as Best Global Distributor for sales” among over 30 distributors in more than 20 countries, it owns to everyone’s hardworking and team work, who works in iMedcare. We have the best products worldwide as a great distributor and a good team.
